Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Quantum Devices QD787-05 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Robertshaw products, including obsoleted and phased-out Scott-Instrument parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Rosemount product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Robertshaw such as the 318AB2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 09622950005 manufactured by Scott-Instrument and we are pleased to be able to service most Scott-Instrument systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1268704 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Schaevitz Brand P306115PSIA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reneshaw such as A95312186 equipment made by Reneshaw have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reneshaw products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reneshaw" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available B382272 made by Riken-Keiki as well as the popular FGD0400 original spares produced by Sensaphone

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MD24R by Scanmeg and A95312186 spares by Reneshaw are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SS9MS11A1A1A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Safety-Controls.
